Working in the Middle East and internationally, Annette has been developing global leaders for more than 13 years. She’s committed to leadership development through compassionate, supportive and open connections. Driven by the values of integrity, authenticity, collaboration, serving others and making a difference, Annette takes pride in helping people discover their personal intent and purpose in leadership.
As an affiliate of several of the top 10 global business schools and the Center for Creative Leadership, Annette is heavily involved in delivering executive coaching to senior executive teams and individuals.
She’s an executive coach in the World’s #1 MBA at INSEAD Business School, France and is currently on track to earn the Master Coach Credential (MCC) with International Coach Federation.
Central to Annette’s work in executive coaching and leadership development is the power of empathy in building strong relationships and ultimately driving business performance.
Annette thrives on designing and implementing leadership development programs – a recent example being a program for 50 high potential managers for a major oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi.
Another passion of hers is individual and organisational transformation and she’s engaged with facilitation of these activities with Aberkyn McKinsey.
As a keen observer of systems dynamics and the power of partnership in all interactions, Annette is the only person certified in the U.A.E. to deliver Barry Oshrey’s Organisation Workshop.
Based in Abu Dhabi, Annette has extensive experience coaching and advising senior executives and organisations in the Middle East and is a permanent member of The Majid Al Futtaim Leadership Institute.
When not working, Annette can be found spending time with her husband and three children in Abu Dhabi or sailing along the coastline of Denmark.
